In the room

Quiet, climate controlled, never crowded.

Maximum four people on the floor at any time, in a studio with low-friction Nautilus, Matrix and MedX strength machines. No music thumping, no class shouting, no mirrors lined with distracting phones. You arrive, the space is calm, and you train.

The studio is by appointment and opens before 7:00 most weekdays, early enough to fit a session in before work. Saturday morning and Sunday morning slots are also available. Many clients find a time that works with their busy schedule and have held that slot for fifteen years.

Can I really get strong in 30 minutes a week?

No. The protocol is robust to occasional missed weeks. Many of our long-term clients travel for work and still hold their strength numbers. We work with your calendar, not against it.

Right. Sessions are 30 minutes, climate controlled, and the workout is brief enough that you won't go back to work sweaty. Many clients come in business attire, change in the bathroom, and are back at their desk within 45 minutes from leaving the building.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time. We have run the studio that way since 2005.
