Personal training,
up the valley from Sonoma.
E Studio's private studio sits on Humboldt Street in downtown Santa Rosa, about thirty minutes west of the City of Sonoma on Highway 12. We train clients from Sonoma Plaza, Boyes Hot Springs, and the Glen Ellen-adjacent end of the valley, a mix of vintners, restaurateurs, retirees, and second-home owners who want a strength program that's quietly serious.
A boutique studio
that matches the valley.
Sonoma Valley clients tend to expect a certain quality bar from any service business they patronize, restaurants on the Plaza, tasting rooms in Glen Ellen, the wellness providers in Boyes Hot Springs. We've held the same bar at E Studio since 2005. The room is private, the equipment is professional-grade Matrix and MedX, and the trainers pay attention to your body the way a good sommelier pays attention to your palate.
The slow-motion strength method we use is genuinely different from what you'd get at a country-club fitness center. It's quieter, more controlled, and produces measurable strength gains in clients well into their seventies and eighties.
Most of our Sonoma and valley clients book a mid-morning session and pair it with lunch or errands in Santa Rosa. Highway 12 is direct and traffic is light outside commute hours.
Strength, quietly.
- i.A studio that respects your time. Thirty minutes once a week, by appointment, on time every week.
- ii.Same trainer, year after year. Bonnie and Falcon Christopher have been running the studio since 2005, twenty-one years of long-haul client relationships.
- iii.Excellent for clients managing osteoporosis, joint issues, or chronic injury, the slow tempo keeps peak forces low.
- iv.No supplement upsell, no package gimmicks. The price is the price. The work is the work.
