What to expect
Your first time, we will need a little extra time to get to know you.
- 01 Health history intake. 20-30 minutes.We'll discuss previous injuries, medical conditions, what we do, why we do it, and your personal fitness goals.
- 02 Three strength training exercises. 20 minutes.We guide you through the SuperSlow method, so you can experience the difference before committing to anything.
- 03 Question & Answer. 10 minutes.We'll answer your questions, and that's all. You decide for yourself when to come back.
We respond to every booking within a business day. Most appointments happen within a week of booking.

Is the intro session really free?
Yes. 60 minutes with one of our trainers, no card, no deposit, no follow-up sequence. We want you to feel you've made an informed decision at your pace.
How long is the first appointment?
60 minutes. We need a little extra time to go over the details. Don't worry, every session after that will be 30 minutes.
Do I need to bring anything?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and closed-toe shoes. We have water at the studio.
What if I haven't trained in years?
Most of our clients hadn't trained in years (or ever) when they first walked in. The method scales to where you are now. Your trainer will progress you at an appropriate pace based on your current fitness level.
Will you pressure me to sign up?
No. We do not run high-pressure sales. After your session you'll get one follow-up message asking if you'd like to book a regular slot. If we aren't the right fit, we understand.
